General Specifications
The Integra Closure is injection moulded using a blend of polymeric materials that have beentested and approved by the relevent regulatory bodies for food safety.

Surface Treatment
All Integra closures have been coated with inline surface treatment that will allow correct insertion in the bottle and appropriate extraction forces at the normal acknowledged shelf life of the wine involved.

Storage and Handling Recommendations
Do not open plastic bags until immediately before loading into the corker hopper.
Any closures left over at the conclusion of a bottling run should be re-bagged and sealed as soon as possible.
Integra should be stored in a clean, dry area away from any possible contact with liquids or foreign odours.
Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight and temperatures.
A 4 part sliding jaw corker is recommended for the insertion of Integra. The jaws must be regularly maintained and adjusted to prevent damage to the closures such as cuts and creases.
The corker plunger must be central and straight and the bottle must be seated in the centering device at the time of entry of the plunger.
The use of heated corker jaws is discouraged.
Recommended for use with wines with up to two years expected shelf-life.
