On-line Electronic Inspection .

100% of the Integra closures are electronically inspected for weight and dimension.

Every Integra closure is weighed to within an accuracy range of +/- 0.1 grams. Every Integra closure is also electronically measured against a computerised shape dimension template to within a tolerance of ±0.01 mm.

On-line Random Inspection & Laboratory testing
Physical inspection and testing for:

• cosmetic faults
• internal structure
• flavour modification
• extraction forces & extraction energy
• leakage
• re-insertion

Certificate of Compliance- final products

A Certificate of Compliance is issued to the customer for each delivery of Integra. The certificate validates the test results meet the quality standards set by ASA and the industry.
