Integra Plus injection moulding manufacturing is centralized
ASA have centralized global production of all the new Integra Plus closures in their state of the art injection moulding facility in Adelaide Australia.
This decision ensures that closures for all markets will be manufactured on the same modern injection moulding equipment thereby guaranteeing consistency and conformity to the high quality standards established in this plant.
But...Printing, delivery and service to customers is still localized.
To ensure requirements for local wineries in Europe are available at short notice ASA will continue to printing closures in Europe and offer storage and delivery facilities for small orders.
So...The best of both worlds
This arrangement offers our customers the most consistent product in the expanded Integra Plus product range, whilst offering very short lead times for small orders supplied from the European facility.
This arrangement also ensures better cost effectiveness for larger orders with longer lead times which can now be delivered direct from Adelaide and supported by back- up stock facilities available locally through the extensive European sales agent network.
